

i feel like wraps (in all forms, esp burritos) are a quintessential meal prep format, and yet i’ve never made a single one… so here we are! for diversifying!
also holy shart do i not know how to wrap one of these things

what you’ll need
- 1 spinach tortilla wrap
- 1 tbsp mayo
- 6 slices ham/ turkey (i went 3 and 3, personally)
- 2 slices cooked bacon
- half an avocado, sliced
- 2 thin slices of tomato
- handful of spring mix
instructions
- Briefly warm the tortilla to make it nice and soft for rolling.
- To the middle of the tortilla, add all of the contents above in the order they are listed.
- Roll, then cut in half to enjoy!

tip/notes: i made 4 of these ahead of time to be efficient, but i think i regret it bc my avocado turned brown on day 2 so now i have brown ‘cado for the rest of the week 😦
