welcome to my digital cookbook!
i’m using this site as a sort of food journal to keep all the recipes i’ve made for dinner, meal prepped for lunch, or whipped up when i get to wanting a lil sweet treat (after every single meal btw fyi). they are all nut-free, mostly dairy-sensitive, and ideally whole foods-based… but i toss a curveball at my gut every now and then.
my nutritional goals
my current nutritional/ gym/ athletic goal is to become a weapon >:) so i’m focusing on staying around my maintenance cals every day to fuel my training, and i’m prioritizing protein intake for muscle growth. i want to be lean but i need to be mean so i am off the low-cal and low-carb train for the time being. I CRAVE FUEL AND I NEED NUTRIENTS !!1!1!!!

- 1550 cals/ day + whatever i burn working out
