what you’ll need
- 1-15 oz can of black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1-15oz can of corn, drained and rinsed
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 red onion, chopped
- 1 roma tomato, chopped
- 1 jalapeno, chopped
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup lime juice (or about 2 limes)
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pep
