prep time: 5 mins + overnight set time
total time: (how much do you sleep??) + 5 mins
what you’ll need
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp molasses
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- sprinkle of each: allspice, cloves, and salt
instructions
You know the drill:
- Put everything in a tupperware/ mason jar/ something sealable and mix to combine.
- Put in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning: enjoy!
