what you’ll need

for the patties

  • 1.7lbs ground turkey (costco pack)
  • 1/2 onion, diced (i like vidalia for this)
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp egg whites (or legit use the whites of 2 eggs)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper

for the burgs:

  • bun/ sourdough bread
  • tomato
  • spring mix
  • light mayo

feel free to customize obvi, but this is what i spam when i make turkey burgs


instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium size bowl.
  2. Separate into desired number of patties- for me that’s 5 biggins.
  3. Grill (or pan fry or whatever) until internal temp is 165F throughout.
  4. Assemble burgers and enjoy!
