what you’ll need

for the bread

  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp monk fruit sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2/3 cup blueberries
  • cinnamon to taste

for the glaze

  • 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp milk

instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix together the yogurt, flour, egg, sweetener, baking powder, and baking soda.
  3. Spoon the batter into a loaf pan (or smaller, its not much)
  4. Dump blueberries and sprinkle cinnamon all up on that thang
  5. Bake for 15-18 minutes. until golden brown.
  6. Pour glaze over warm bread when you are ready to enjoy!

hey i never said it was low cal… just high protein… no lies were told

tip/notes: unless you want to eat the whole thing immediately, cut this up and put some away before eating. this was learned from experience (hence eating it for lunch one day)
