what you’ll need

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp molasses
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • sprinkle of each: allspice, cloves, and salt

instructions

You know the drill:

  1. Put everything in a tupperware/ mason jar/ something sealable and mix to combine.
  2. Put in the fridge overnight.
  3. In the morning: enjoy!
