
actually the easiest meal prep i’ve made yet and SO good! featuring a kate staple, the mini naan from costco and a greek yogurt sauce that for once isn’t tzatziki
editing to say maybe don’t use a mini naan from costco if you want to actually make a wrap bc you cant even see it nor is there any wrapping about it

what you’ll need
for the chicken
- 1 1/2 lbs chicken breasts, sliced into strips ~1/2″ thick
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
for the garlic yogurt sauce
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- sprinkle of s&p
for the wraps
- 5 mini naans from costco (or pita bread from anywhere i guess)
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 2 medium tomatoes, diced
- 1 large cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsely, finely chopped
instructions
- In a ziploc bag or tupperware, combine the marinade ingredients and the chicken and mix well to coat the chicken in the spice blend.
- Let marinate for 1 hour or overnight.
- When ready to cook, pop the chicken into the air fryer in a single layer and cook for 12 mins at 375°F OR bake for 15-20 mins in the oven at 400°F on a greased sheet pan.
- To make the sauce, simply combine all ingredients together and mix well.
- Serve the chicken in the naan (or pita) with the other wrap ingredients, and drizzle the garlic sauce on top!
