at this point i’m so obsessed with tzatziki i’ll make anything with “greek” in it just for an excuse to eat some… so this is a lil switch up on the greek bowl since i’m still a big fan of keeping a costco pack of ground turkey in the freezer for the high protein & low fat content!!

cook time: 20 mins
total time: 30 mins
what you’ll need
for the meatballs
- 1.7 lb ground turkey (aka costco pack)
- 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/3 cup red onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup feta cheese
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 egg
- 4 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tbsp fresh dill
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
sides to enjoy them with
- tzatziki
- shirazi salad
- naannnn
instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and grease a 9×13 baking pan.
- Add all the meatball ingredients to a large bowl and mix them together. I like to start with a spatula, then start using my hands to make it all fully combined.
- Form 1 inch balls from the meatxure and put them on the baking sheet. They don’t have to be spaced out like cookies, they are definitely not gonna spread.
- Bake for 15-20 mins until they’re cooked all the way through.
- Serve with whatever sides your heart desires!
