at this point i’m so obsessed with tzatziki i’ll make anything with “greek” in it just for an excuse to eat some… so this is a lil switch up on the greek bowl since i’m still a big fan of keeping a costco pack of ground turkey in the freezer for the high protein & low fat content!!

  • 1/3 cup feta cheese
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

sides to enjoy them with

instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and grease a 9×13 baking pan.
  2. Add all the meatball ingredients to a large bowl and mix them together. I like to start with a spatula, then start using my hands to make it all fully combined.
  3. Form 1 inch balls from the meatxure and put them on the baking sheet. They don’t have to be spaced out like cookies, they are definitely not gonna spread.
  4. Bake for 15-20 mins until they’re cooked all the way through.
  5. Serve with whatever sides your heart desires!
