
nature’s easiest salsa! lower cal than guac for but still gives just the right amount of flavor as a topping on bowls or a little snack with some chippies. pls ignore how red mine is- i used red onion and the jalapenos i grew on the porch turned red for some reason (????) but it is still just as delish! don’t judge her by her blush!

what you’ll need
- 3 roma tomatoes
- 1/2 large onion, diced (yellow is typically sweeter but i had some red to use and it works too! just a tad more bitter)
- 1 jalapeno, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- heavy sprinkle of salt (to taste)
instructions
- Combine all ingredients and enjoy as a topping to burrito and taco bowls, or with some tortilla chips!
