what you’ll need

  • 1-15 oz can of black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1-15oz can of corn, drained and rinsed
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 red onion, chopped
  • 1 roma tomato, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup lime juice (or about 2 limes)
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pep
