yields: 2 servings of pancakes/ waffles (size of said pancake/ waffle is really dealer’s choice tbh)

what you’ll need
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup egg whites
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- whatever toppings you want!! i used pure maple syrup & berries 😛
instructions
- Add your oats to a small blender and process until they resemble flour (you just made oat flour btw!)
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until completely combined.
- If you want to include toppings in the pancakes/ waffles, add after blending so they are not obliterated…
- Cook as desired!
- I put mine in a mini waffle maker for about 5 mins per waffle!!
- Go crazy with the toppings girrrl
