yields: 2 servings of pancakes/ waffles (size of said pancake/ waffle is really dealer’s choice tbh)

what you’ll need

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup egg whites
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • whatever toppings you want!! i used pure maple syrup & berries 😛

instructions

  1. Add your oats to a small blender and process until they resemble flour (you just made oat flour btw!)
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until completely combined.
    • If you want to include toppings in the pancakes/ waffles, add after blending so they are not obliterated…
  3. Cook as desired!
    • I put mine in a mini waffle maker for about 5 mins per waffle!!
  4. Go crazy with the toppings girrrl
