what you’ll need
- 1 onion- red is best for the vibes
- 2ish cups of apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
instructions
- Finely slice the red onion and put in a container.
- Add enough apple cider vinegar to cover the onions, then add the salt and pepper.
- Leave in the fridge for at least 24 hours before cracking open!
