what you’ll need

  • 1 onion- red is best for the vibes
  • 2ish cups of apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

instructions

  1. Finely slice the red onion and put in a container.
  2. Add enough apple cider vinegar to cover the onions, then add the salt and pepper.
  3. Leave in the fridge for at least 24 hours before cracking open!
