what you’ll need
- 1 can of chickpeas
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon or lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- dash of cumin
instructions
- Drain the chickpeas, but save some of the bean juice for use later.
- Combine all ingredients listed above, as well as 3 tbsp of the bean juice, in a food processor (or in my case, small blender).
- Blend until smooth (or in my case again, as smooth as a shitty blender can get it… so pretty chunky lowkey)
