what you’ll need
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber, grated (apparently english ones are better?? idk i just got a cuke)
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/4 cup fresh chopped dill
- salt & pep to taste
instructions
- Using a paper towel, some cheese cloth, or just your hands, squeeze the excess juice out of the shredded cucumber.
- Combine with rest of the ingredients and mix until creamy.
- Enjoy (with pita bread and greek chicken)!
