what you’ll need

  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber, grated (apparently english ones are better?? idk i just got a cuke)
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup fresh chopped dill
  • salt & pep to taste

instructions

  1. Using a paper towel, some cheese cloth, or just your hands, squeeze the excess juice out of the shredded cucumber.
  2. Combine with rest of the ingredients and mix until creamy.
  3. Enjoy (with pita bread and greek chicken)!
