what you’ll need
for the bread
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp monk fruit sweetener
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2/3 cup blueberries
- cinnamon to taste
for the glaze
- 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp milk
instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix together the yogurt, flour, egg, sweetener, baking powder, and baking soda.
- Spoon the batter into a loaf pan (or smaller, its not much)
- Dump blueberries and sprinkle cinnamon all up on that thang
- Bake for 15-18 minutes. until golden brown.
- Pour glaze over warm bread when you are ready to enjoy!

hey i never said it was low cal… just high protein… no lies were told
tip/notes: unless you want to eat the whole thing immediately, cut this up and put some away before eating. this was learned from experience (hence eating it for lunch one day)
