what you’ll need

for the base

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats (quick oats will work too, but not nearly as tasty)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 2 tsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

topping ideas

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 scoop of protein powder
  • 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder (with some choccy milk instead of reg for a chocolatey treat)
  • i’ve heard nuts & chia seeds are good but i wouldn’t know 😡

instructions

  1. Mix oats, milk, yogurt, sweetener of choice, and vanilla together in a container.
    • You can choose to put your toppings in now for simplicity, or wait until just before eating.
  2. Let sit overnight (duh its in the name)
  3. Add any toppings you were worried about getting soggy and mix’er up.
